These questions are clarified in the book “Americans in Baumholder”. Coming as an occupier in 1951, a friendship developed between two nations in the small Baumholder more than in larger garrison towns.

The original version by Herbert Grimm was reissued in 2022 by Melanie and Bernd Mai, expanded and presented on 28.04.2022.

This book is written bilingually (german and English), has 184 pages and about 300 pictures.
