As part of the Library Days in Rheinland-Pfalz from 23 to 30 April 2021, the Baumholder Municipal Library is organising a painting and quiz competition. As has been the case for some time, the Corona protection measures are observed (siblings and families are allowed to quizz together). The picture puzzle for painting is preprinted for children up to and including 7 years and can be picked up in the library, painted at home, and handed back in the library. The quiz puzzle for children from the age of 8 can be carried out in the library and in the event room of the Golden Angel. The required books are laid out at the appropriate distance and the players are allowed to choose the solutions. Staff also help find answers. Afterwards, an official raffle of the state of Rheinland-Pfalz will take place, where prizes will be drawn to children in every age group.

Opening hours remain unchanged on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
